The length of the head and the weight of the 2 sides with a lighter center provide an incredible balance and stability.

The hickory handles made and design by myself have an slightly flat on each side. That give more stability and less muscular effort to keep the hammer straiter easily during the swing and can help everybody to have a better hammer blow. The handles comfort is uncompromising for long sessions. I use those in differents weight in my every day work to make all the tools i made and for sure I highly recommend it. I must say that in 26 years of every day horseshoes making in my past carreer and tools forging now, these hammers are my favorites in every way.
